This guitar bridges the gap between
jazz arch top and steel string acoustic - has a hand carved
arch top with a
unique x bracing with three tone bars.
The x bracing is anchored
more central under the bridge, in that the bridge has more
mass support
eliminating the bridge plate. The top is carved out much
thinner than the jazz tops, making it a very unique vibrating
voice box.
This is where the arch comes into
it’s
own producing strength that is slightly thicker in the
middle
tapering out thinner to the sides, supported with beautifully
scalloped bracing tuned to the top. The sound
board is also matched with a pin less bridge.
