A deposit of 20% is requested on all models. You will then be notified of approximate completion time. The balance to be payed prior to freighting plus the cost of freight and duties. Also you will be notified about insurance cover.

Terms and Conditions
If the customer has made the deposit and then decides to cancel an order within 28 days the deposit will be refunded less $100 transaction cost. After delivery of the guitar for whatever reason the customer is not satisfied a full refund less the deposit will be made. The customer must return the guitar in it's original new condition within 21 days. Upon inspection all refunds will be sent with-in 28 days.
